A name only associated with success, "Tone' Stylz" manager to the

stars, has been managing and connecting talent in the

entertainment industry for over 20 years. Raised in

Long Beach, California with roots in the South, currently residing in

Houston, Tx. Tone’ Stylz got his start in the music industry as an

artist. He began recording with platinum producers whose credits ranged from

Snoop Dogg, to Dr. Dre & Tupac. Tone’ Stylz has been fortunate enough to begin his

career around nothing but stardom, which has been valuable to him learning the

"ins" and "outs" of the recording industry.

"The thrill of taking a project from start to finish is soul rewarding,"

says Tone’ Stylz after having experienced major success as an entertainment manager.

Promoting events for artists on a national and international level ranging from

(Keysha Cole, Paul Wall, Idris Elba, Young Jeezy, T-Pain, Angie Stone, Will Downing,

P-Diddy, BET/HBO 4x All Star Comedians & so on....) Tone’ Stylz later expanded his

skill set towards the film and television industries, working with The CW network,

MTV & Fox Searchlight Films Marketing Manager and childhood friend, Keith Sam.

Tone’ Stylz also worked closely with the directors of several successful reality shows.

He brings a unique crossover style to the management world. He combines promotions

and public relations to his management regime providing maximum exposure for his clients.

Tone’ Stylz saw how the influence of entertainment brought all different types of races

and backgrounds together and continues to bridge the gap where good management is

needed in the industry.

Within a short time Tone’ Stylz has made the jump from working

under others to working for himself by establishing Destiny Entertainment Group

Management & Promotions (D.E.G. MGMT/PROMOTIONS) in 1999.

"Don Destin", T.E.A.M. Destin.

Not many can say they knew what they wanted to be at

nine months old. But Don "Destin" Daws II whether he knew

it or not was destined for greatness. Trained in classical violin

from the age of four, drums and piano at the age of six, and

guitar and bass by the age of eight, Don Destin has the edge

that he needs to be the next "Super-Producer". By nine years old Don was scoring

violin excerpts by hand and later began performing and studying with some of the

greatest violinists in the world (Myron Moskalyk, Isaac Stern, and Joshua Bell).

If it's Mozart or Mendelssohn, Quincy or R-Kelly, Timberland or Dr. Dre;

Don Destin can do it all.

When Don formed his former R&B group AZ-1 he saw the perfect opportunity to learn how

to produce and put all his acquired skills to test. Performing at NBA basketball games,

opening for Bryan McKnight and Lauryn Hill, and being broadcasted live on BET gave the

group the attention they needed to gain major label interests. Even though the inevitable

breakup of the group devastated Don, it never stopped him. He focused on developing

his production company, “T.E.A.M. Destin Productions.”

With the violin mastered, Don knew that to be the best he had to learn from the best.

Don left his home in Toronto, Canada and moved to Los Angeles, California where he

was mentored by some of the greats in the music industry. Working side by side with

hit producers and engineers for a few years proved to pay off when Don landed his first

record placement on T.I.'s “T.I vs. T.I.P” album. This was an unexpected blessing that

gave Don instant platinum status and a Grammy nomination. Not bad for the first time out.

With a platinum record under his belt, he continued to work hard until "I love L.A" was

placed with Young Dre. That record released on The Sims 3 video game which

sold over 6 million copies.

Now, two platinum records to add to his arsenal, Don began to reshape and redefine his

sound for more creativity. Most recently Don landed a record with long time

production partner and friend Rene "Snaz" Hill for...Drake's “Thank Me Now Mixtape.”

This is only a testament to Don's talent and you can be sure to expect great things

from Don "Destin" Productions.

MichaelAnthony Williams, a.k.a (TAXI Williams), born...

March 8th, 1984, in the Great State of Houston, Texas,

desired to be a sketch artist as a child.

However, this was soon to change on the magical day,

when he heard the theme song for the

Action Packed Thriller, “TERMINATOR II”. Mesmerized by what he heard, TAXI ran to

the Family’s Old Grand Piano and attempted to play the melody of the record by ear.

This Inspiration birthed a Strong Desire in him to Learn more…

At the Tender age of 12 years old, TAXI joined his local sixth grade Honor Band at

Eckert Intermediate School, where he Learned and Mastered the Clarinet. Later,

TAXI became interested in learning how to play the piano, so he started taking

lessons from Houston’s Own, “Dakri Brown”; Lead Minister of Music for

Mega Church, “Harvest Time”, in Houston, Texas. “Dakri Brown” is also noted for his

Professional role as a background Singer for...

“Grammy Award Winning Gospel Sensation, Israel Houghton & New Breed”.

At 18, TAXI began experimenting with musical Production and Writing.

Barely a Legal Adult; TAXI was fortunate enough to have the opportunity

to be mentored by “Super Producer Davion Botts” a.k.a. (D. BOTTZ) in the

Professional Art of Production.

TAXI began incorporating his musicianship within his live production recordings, which

created a “High Demand” for his Music Services. TAXI also embraced playing the piano

for Various Ministries around the country including but not limited to;

“NEW LIGHT CHURCH, GLOBAL IMPACT, & HARVEST TIME.”

TAXI’s hard work and talents have granted him special privileges to share the

stage with “National Platinum Recording Artists” such as Gospel Legend, “Shirley Ceasar”,

“Grammy Winner”, “Will Downing”, Soul Singer, Angie Stone”, “Karen Clark Sheard”,

“Marvin Sapp”, “Israel Houghton”, “Vanessa Bell Armstrong”, and a Host of many others.

TAXI’s stage name was developed by his keen sense to translate musical idea’s from

thought to the form of Music. TAXI’s hope is to leave a Legacy of branded memories

MR. J, Producer/Artist of The ARKITEK's

Mr. J, born April 27, 1987 to Ms. Debra Aboage and Mr. John Scott Sr. as, “John Scott Jr.” is a Conservative well spoken Young Native of Houston, Texas, with a strong passion for “Good Music”. Mr. J’s “versatile styles” can never be duplicated or imitated as he is the definition of a “True Original”; with a unique approach to producing records. Mr. J brings a laid back “F.L.Y. Swagga” to the D.E.G. Productions Camp andpossesses a “True SouthernStyle” of musical capabilities with East coast influences.

However, at the same time he knows how to appeal to the movements of the female persuasion while giving the Hardcore Head bangers what they need at the same time. Mr. J also has a very humorous side, as he tends to focus on the brighter side of everyday life. Mr. J is also a talented writer and artist. He actually began rapping as a Hobby early in his Freshman year of High school. He never backed down from any challenge and brought the “heat” to any “so-called” M.C. that wanted to test his lyrical ability.

As Mr. J improved on his rapping skills, he later teamed up with a couple of local rappers.., “20/20” & “Skam R'tist”. The crew later went on to form a movement known as the “Arkiteks”. The meaning of this name was derived by the hopes of rebuilding all the negative surroundings in the midst of them. A couple of Mr. J's influences are GOD 1st, then…his older Brother and fellow Producer, “Michael TAXI Williams.” Destiny Entertainment Group is excited to have Mr. J aboard, and Expect Amazing things to come with him…he is definitely a Producer with a lil somethin’ extra up his sleeve with his bag of many tricks!
